Grace Institute has been created as an outreach to the community to meet the needs of leaders and community members who are seeking quality growth, satisfaction and fulfillment in their lives. Services offered through Grace Institute are directed to meet the needs of all spectrums of a person's life including spiritual, mental, and physical.
Our mission is to provide leadership training and coaching for individuals, churches and organizations to ignite them with passion to share their faith and impact their community. We help individuals recognize their full potential in Christ, to grow and strive to reach their potential in their personal, professional and faith areas of their lives, and to grow their church and organization.
Michelle Jenks
Michelle is Founder and CEO of Grace Institute, Pastor of Growth Ministries at Grace Community Christian Church, and co-founder of Inspire! Ministry for Women. With more than 20 years of experience leading people in a variety of corporate, not-for-profit, and church environments to higher performance, Michelle has the unique ability to lead Grace Institute. She is an acclaimed speaker, a skilled trainer, and a sought after coach. She is a sought after speaker, skilled trainer and popular coach. Michelle also is a worship leader with the praise band Grace Fusion. She blends her years as a corporate trainer and coach, business developer and strategic planner, with her experience as an entrepreneur, coordinator of volunteer programs, co-author of adult curriculum, co-developer of the highly successful state-wide Youth Summit bi-annual event, and multiple leadership positions in her church. She believes in leading people to an integrated life.
Roger Jenks
Roger is Senior Pastor at Grace Community Christian Church, and a key trainer for Grace Institute. His 35 years in the pastorate, along with his many other experiences have equipped him to help pastors and other leaders to new levels of performance. Roger brings a distinctive combination of skills to Grace Institute with years of experience as a teaching tennis pro, A CBS religious news reporter, a keynote speaker and church consultant around the country, and a published author and composer of Christian music. Roger created a biblical literacy program for youth that has been adopted by congregations in over 12 different Church denominations, developed the Pastor’s Academy for CCIW and co-developed the Youth Summit. His diverse skills and ability offer clients a comprehensive approach to greater success.
